Infusing red fruit tea into the whipped cream, adding strawberries, raspberries, and pomegranates, and there you have the May recipe rendezvous. Dressed all in red, Augustine makes her appearance. We hesitate: is it the raspberry, the strawberry, the pomegranate, or perhaps the combination of all that enchants us? Or maybe the scent of Dammann Frères' 4 red fruits tea in the whipped cream? Who knows?!
