Maple syrup, to me, means warmth, indulgence, and good company. It’s one of those lovely things I discovered on the other side of the Atlantic — and quite literally packed in my suitcase on the way back. I absolutely love this winter pavlova: a blanket, good friends, a proper cup of tea — maybe even a big babka... everything you need while waiting for spring.
