The creation of this year in collaboration with our chocolatier: part of a desire, to see the inside of Easter eggs, especially if they are well filled.
Then our 'see through' egg shows its interior covered with broken pistachio. And as we like pistachio at La Meringaie, the base is made of pistachio praline.
One bite is all it takes, falling in love with it !
